TO: Celebrity Foods

I have been a satisfied Celebrity Prime Foods customer for almost 10 years now. CPF offers me four valuable things for my money: Convenience, Quality, Guarantee, and Service.

Time is very valuable to me and my family, Shopping for food used to take too much of time. Now, with CPF I can plan and order 6 months worth of food and sundries in a little under an hour. I also have a wide selection to choose from. About a month afterwards, the order arrives at my door and 30 minutes later, it has been stored away in my freezer and my garage. What a time saver!

One of my favorite things about CPF is the quality of their meat. It is so superior to grocery market poultry, beef, and pork that we dread going to the supermarket if we use up of CPF order. CPF meat not only tastes better but is easier to cook. I discovered the latter by accident one day when we had to purchase additional poultry at the supermarket for a BBQ party. With CPF poultry, you can put it on the grill and walk away to do other things, then come back, turn the meat, and walk away again. Out of habit I did the same thing with the supermarket poultry, I came back to my grill 5 minutes later and found to my dismay that the grill and the meat were on fire! I quickly discovered that the supermarket poultry had such a high degree of fat that the drippings started a fire and burned my chicken to a crisp. That has not happened to me with CPF poultry.

CPF guarantees my satisfaction. If I am dissatisfied with a particular product for ANY reason, CPF gives me credit for that item. One time we ordered 3 of one particular item. After cooking the first one, we did not like it. CPF collected the other two and gave us credit for them both. On rare occasions, the meat will develop freezer burn, CPF is quick to either replace the item or give us store credits.

The service at CPF is first rate. They are quick to respond to complaints and in my experience, will work with you until satisfaction is obtained. About four months ago, the BBQ grill I bought through CPF finally wore out. They sent me a replacement grill two separate times. Neither grill met my expectations. Three weeks later, CPF delivered to my door step a brand new high-quality grill. Come Spring time, they have even offered to set it up for me. Now THAT is customer service!

Because of their loyalty, I plan to be a satisfied CPF customer for the foreseeable future.
